Being a landlord can be stressful due to the amount of responsibility it entails which is why we offer a fully managed letting service and will source a tenant on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
From handling repairs, complying with regulations, dealing with problematic tenants to handling administrative duties, landlords have a full plate. Short-term rentals can exacerbate this stress due to their demanding nature, with frequent tenant turnover and increased maintenance.

The deposit for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) should also be registered with a tenancy deposit protection scheme within 30 days. For AST’s we register this with DPS, a deposit protection scheme. Resulting in a faster and more efficient deposit release process at the end of the tenancy.
We will deduct our fees from the rent each month and will then transfer remainder.
We can also deal with any issues or emergencies in your property. We are happy to deal with them on your behalf for an extra fee of £20 per hour and £30 per hour out of the office opening time (7pm – 8am.)

Additional services such as Gas Safety Certificates, NICR Electrical Certificates, and EPC Certificates are available with associated fees.

An Energy Performance Certificate measures a property’s energy efficiency and is valid for 10 years. We are required by the law to hold an up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate for any property prior to marketing. If you wish we can also arrange one on your behalf for an added fee.
